Raytheon (St. Petersburg, Florida) is plagued with a dangerous chemical plume under the plant. The plume is spreading and threatens neighboring homes and the Gulf of Mexico. There are other manufacturing facilities in Pinellas County that have dangerous chemical plumes, but Bill Young keeps granting them earmark money.
